Hi all! We had a serious late night munchies session yesterday to fill our hungry selves. We made cheese chicken, potato, sweet squash gratan with a hint of rosemary. Wow, that was long, wasn’t it? The sweet squash was the killer and it was so delish that we finished it like there was no tomorrow although we do not recommend gulping your food down late at night. You gotta digest it all before you go to sleep, right?
